Mobile Information Roadshow offers face to face support
Macmillan is one of the UK’s largest and most prominent Cancer charities. They commissioned a roadshow to raise awareness of what the charity does and to provide support and information for people in areas where no cancer support facilities were available.
We provided a friendly and approachable mobile facility that was big enough to house a comprehensive cancer library but small enough to reach as many locations as possible. A private consultation room was available for visitors who preferred a discreet conversation with volunteers.
The Result
Toured for 6 years visiting 262 UK locations
The tour provided help and support to over 32,700 people
Received 13 times more visitors than the static information centre, 73% of which were making their first contact
