Our bespoke fleet of vehicles are designed to fully meet your requirements for sampling, testing, analysis and research. Providing a streamlined laboratory workspace for your team, we can rapidly adapt and deploy specialised facilities to meet your objectives.
Each of our units can be configured to include HEPA-filtered air extraction systems, hand and eye washing stations, auto closing and locking doors, controlled or directional airflow and meet Biosafety Level BSL-1, BSL-2 and BSL-3 containment requirements.

MOBILE TESTING LABORATORY
As the largest Covid-19 testing provider in the UK, and a partner in the Government’s National Covid-19 Testing Programme, Randox required a unique solution to increasing testing capacity across the UK. Our mobile units provided the ideal environment to carry out the sampling, collection and processing of tests all in one functional space that could also readily relocate as needed.
The 7 mobile testing laboratories are located at multiple sites throughout the UK and are fully operational within 1 hour of arriving on site. Running 7 days a week, the mobile Covid testing units utilise cutting-edge PCR technology that can take as little as 30 minutes and provide an average of 1,000 tests per day. The service continues to support the safe reopening of businesses and provides fit to fly certificates for international travel.

With coronavirus placing an unprecedented strain on healthcare systems across the globe, the availability of Covid-19 testing has been of paramount importance in ensuring the safety of frontline staff and vulnerable patients. EMS Healthcare was quick to respond to an urgent request to create a BSL-2 mobile testing centre for all NHS staff in Devon and parts of Cornwall.
Designed and built for the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust, the mobile laboratory can rapidly relocate - enabling the trust to bolster testing at key hospital sites whenever and wherever they are needed most. Providing the ideal infrastructure to rapidly set up safe and effective testing away from the main hospital buildings, the unit helps to protect the trust's 11,000 front line staff and keyworkers.
