EMS Healthcare has achieved First Patient, First Visit (FPFV) in a wound care study delivered in a community setting. 
 
This marks an important step in developing better approaches to monitoring and managing wound healing.
 
EMS Healthcare’s Medical Director and Lead PI, Dr Nick Probert, said:
"We’re delighted to have recruited our first patient, first visit for this innovative wound care study. Conducting research in a community setting allows us to truly deliver studies built around patients. I’m grateful to our team for their dedication and look forward to seeing many more patients take part."
