We, EMS Healthcare, will use the personal data you submit and consent for us to use solely to contact you to check if you may be suitable for future clinical trials and to inform you about those clinical trials.
Your consent to share personal data is entirely voluntary and you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting gdpr@ems-healthcare.com.

Keeping your personal data secure
We may keep personal data about you on paper and in a secure electronic database and store for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory or reporting requirements.
The personal data you submit will be held confidentially and securely by us (EMS Group Solutions Limited, trading as “EMS Healthcare”).
Your contact with us and your rights
If you decide you no longer want to be contacted by EMS Healthcare, wish to withdraw this consent or wish for your personal details to be removed from our database, please inform us, ideally via email at gdpr@ems-healthcare.com.
Under UK privacy laws, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, ask us to delete your personal data or refrain from processing it.
Taking part in a clinical trial
If you do consent to take part in a clinical trial at EMS Healthcare, we are required to retain your details. We may need to contact you in the future to inform you of important new information related to your participation in the trial.
Once you have been informed and provided any additional consent, your personal data will become part of the clinical trial records, and will be processed and shared in compliance with the applicable laws governing clinical trials.
